Expected Service Life & Maintenance
Keep it looking new.
Service life depends on prep, the system you choose and how the floor is used. A properly prepped and installed system can last for many years in a residential garage.
- Sweep or dust-mop regularly to keep grit off the topcoat
- Clean with a neutral cleaner and a soft mop
- Wipe up oil, chemicals and hot-tire marks promptly
- Recoat the topcoat when the finish starts to wear

Do you install floors?
No. Island Wide Resins supplies materials, tools and technical support. Ask us for a list of contractors who use our products.
How long before I can drive on it?
It depends on the system and temperature. Most systems take foot traffic within a day and vehicle traffic after several days. We will go over cure times for your system.
What affects the price of materials?
Square footage, the system, the condition of the slab and how much prep material you need. The material calculator gives you a starting list.
Do you sell to contractors?
Yes. Contractor pricing is available. Call us to set up your account.
Can you ship to my island?
