How a class works
From first pour to pickup.

Pick your cutout and colors, then make your own piece with guidance.
Pick up
Pieces cure overnight. We sand and paint the back, and it is ready the next day.
Design choices
About 40 shapes and 150+ colors.
Sea turtles, mantas, sharks, hula dancers, surfers, frogs, the Big Island and more, with more than 150 mica colors to choose from.

Private parties
Book the studio for 4 to 25 people. Groups over 6 need 1 week’s notice. No extra booking fee.
Weekend special occasions
Saturday and Sunday are for special occasions with at least 6 people.

Pick a day, tell us about your group, and send the request. We review every request and email you to confirm. Nothing is booked until you get that email.

Participant safety
Sign your waiver before class.
Every participant signs the Island Wide Resins waiver before class. A parent or legal guardian signs for anyone under 18.
- We provide everything you need, including gloves and eye protection
- Wear closed-toe shoes and clothes you do not mind getting messy
- Bring your own mask if you are sensitive to smells
- Taking part includes permission for class photos and videos. Ask us anytime to take one down

Charcuterie boards and similar projects take more than one session and are priced by time and materials. Start with the beginner class, then ask us.

Can I get my piece before I fly home?
Pieces cure overnight before we sand and paint the back, so pickup is the next day. If that does not fit your trip, ask us about shipping your piece.
Are classes offered on other islands?
In-person classes are offered on Hawaiʻi Island only, at our Kailua-Kona studio.
Do I need any experience?
No. Everyone starts with our beginner class.
Is there an age limit?
No. Parents decide what works for their kids, and a parent or guardian signs the waiver for anyone under 18.
Can my small group have the studio to ourselves?
Mixed classes are the default. If your group is 3 or fewer, we may ask to fill the other spots. Private parties start at 4 people.
