\nIncrease Access to Veterinary Care for Pets in Southern Arizona<\/strong><\/p>\n
\ninvestment from national nonprofit Petco Love in support of their lifesaving work for pets in Southern
\nArizona.<\/p>\n
\ncommunities and pet families closer, stronger, and healthier. Since its founding in 1999, Petco Love has
\ninvested nearly $425 million in adoption and other lifesaving efforts. And Petco Love helps find loving
\nhomes for pets in partnership with Petco and more than 4,000 organizations \u2014 like ours \u2014 across North
\nAmerica, with more than 7 million pets adopted and counting.<\/p>\n
\nLove for more than 170 spay\/neuter<\/a> clinics and other low-cost veterinary care providers to help increase
\naccess to veterinary care for pets in their communities. The lifesaving investments are also being
\ngranted to reduce economic euthanasia, and the surrender of pets to shelters when families are not
\nable to afford needed veterinary treatment.<\/p>\n
\nis not everyone has equal access to veterinary care as many pet parents face difficult financial times,\u201d
\nsaid Susanne Kogut, President of Petco Love. \u201cThat\u2019s why we are proud to support our partner animal
\nwelfare organizations in providing helpful services in their communities, so we can keep pets and their
\nfamilies together.\u201d<\/p>\n

\ninvolved in animal welfare- to end pet homelessness. We believe that this $5,000 investment will aid in
\nour efforts, and with this partnership with Petco Love, we can continue to offer Trap-Neuter-Return for

\nthrough its Vaccinated and Loved campaign, Petco Love reached its goal of distributing three million free<\/a>
\npet vaccines<\/a> for family pets in November 2024! The campaign was launched in August 2021,
\nencouraging Petco Love animal welfare partners to host free vaccine clinics.<\/p>\n
\ncare for all people and their pets. While we have a home base in Tucson, we will respond to requests
\nfrom other communities in Southern Arizona, based on need and access to veterinary care. Since 2016,
