partners, and the problems that surface after construction.<\/p>\n<p>This was where I began understanding that a problem with a home is rarely just a construction issue.<\/p>\n<p>It can also become a the examination twice before passing on my third attempt.<\/p>\n<p>Earning that credential mattered because it represented something independent\u2014knowledge developed through years of construction, warranty, customer care, field experience, inspection, study, and persistence.<\/p>\n<p>I continued building that technical foundation through professional education and specialty inspection training.<\/p>\n<p>That knowledge would later support both my Quality Assurance work and<strong> First Consult Home
