How It Works:

1. Preview Your Rug

Send us a few clear photos and some basic details—like size, history of ownership, and condition—using the form below or by emailing us at frontdesk@asiantraderugcompany.com.
We’ll let you know if it’s a rug we can consider for consignment.

2. In-person Evaluation

If the rug is a good candidate, we’ll schedule a time for you to bring it in or arrange pickup with our delivery team. We’ll inspect the rug in person to finalize whether it’s a fit for our inventory. All rugs must be cleaned by us prior to entering the showroom. If needed, we may recommend minor repairs prior to listing or recommend to sell as-is

3. Set Terms & List

We’ll agree on a pricing strategy and consignment terms. Then we’ll place your rug in our Tucson showroom and promote it to our clients both in-store and online. We ask that rugs remain on consignment for a minimum of 12 months. Rugs can be picked up at anytime thereafter with a 1 week notice so we can complete any possible sales and get your rug out and ready to return back to you.

4. Get Paid

Once your rug sells, we’ll notify you and send payment, minus our commission and any cleaning/repair fees previously agreed upon. If your rug does not sell within the agreed time, you can choose to pick it up with a 1 week notice, or do nothing at all and it will continue to stay in our care until we hear otherwise from you. We may periodically contact you to suggest price adjustments for rugs that have been here longer than 12 months.
